Designing a 5000 SQF modern sustainable residential property and planning application. Our approach was to immediately look at the sustainability and use of materials, this resulted in a scientific collaboration that took us far beyond current methods with us reducing material and mass, promoting the use of more sustainable materials, and improving longevity whilst keeping the design both architecturally and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
